Casely Ato Coleman is a global leadership and organizational agility executive with over 30 years of experience across leadership, international development, and organizational transformation. He has held C-suite, country, regional, and global roles — leading complex institutions through start-ups, crisis response, restructuring, and large-scale culture transformations across multiple continents.
A practitioner-scholar, Casely has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed and thought leadership publications. Deeply committed to human capital development, he is the Co-Founder and Co-Lead of the Black Alumni Network at the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) and served for 18 years as a Visiting Professor of HR & Organisational Behaviour at the Institut Supérieur de Management (ISM), Senegal.
